Orders received before noon EST will ship that day. Customers in the USA can choose standard (USPS, First Class/Priority Mail, 2-4 business days) or expedited shipping (UPS Ground, Next-Day, Second Day or Three-Day).
We now ship worldwide via United States Postal Service First Class International Mail. Shipping rates will be automatically applied during checkout online. NB, Int'l customers are responsible for any applicable local customs fees and/or taxes (VAT, etc).
Standard shipping on all orders is on the house (free!). Customers choosing expedited shipping will pay market rates for doing so (calculated automatically when checking out).
Customers receive an email confirmation when their order is received and again when their order is shipped (with a tracking # for expedited orders).
Missing / Damaged Items
If your order is missing items or contains damaged items, email us at email@example.com and we'll work out a solution.
If you're not satisfied with any of our products for whatever reason, return the product (must be at least 2/3 full) within 30 days for a full refund or exchange (your call) to:
